Larry Crawford was one of the most dynamic defensive backs in CFL history. Over nine seasons with the BC Lions and one with Toronto, he earned five Divisional All-Star selections and four CFL All-Star honours.
Larry helped lead the BC Lions to the 1985 Grey Cup Championship and was also an elite punt returner, finishing his career with 4,058 return yards (10.5-yard average) and three touchdowns. Defensively, he recorded 52 interceptions, ranking 5th all-time in CFL history and first in BC Lions history, including a remarkable 12 in the 1983 season.
His legacy has been recognized with induction into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame (2023) and the BC Lions Wall of Fame (2005).
