Dr. Sean Graham distinguished himself early at Vancouver College, where he served as captain and receiver, earning league all-star honours in 1989.
At the University of British Columbia (1990–1995), Sean excelled as a receiver, setting school records for highest career rushing average and, in 1992, the single-season record for average yards per carry.
In the 1995 CFL Draft, Sean was selected in the first round, sixth overall, by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Over his CFL career with Winnipeg (1995–1997) and the BC Lions (1998–2001), he recorded 58 receptions for 822 yards and two touchdowns and was a member of the BC Lions’ 2000 Grey Cup Championship team.
Following his playing career, Sean gave back to the sport by coaching minor football with White Rock Minor Football and Richmond’s Hugh Boyd Secondary from 2002 to 2017. Today, he continues to serve the game as Team Chiropractor for the BC Lions and as President of the BC Lions Alumni Association.
